Overview - day to day small business management
Certificate IV in Small Business Management - for individuals who are in the position to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
This training will enable them to understand legal and other responsibilities required in the day to day running of small to medium business enterprises, and to understand the preparation and implementation of business plans, including financial and other key planning. They may provide leadership and guidance to others, and have responsibility for the productivity of others.
