What is Project Management?

The role of a project manager can be utilised in many industry contexts - wherever a project needs to be co-ordinated from start to finish with maximum beneficial use of human and other resources, within budget and on time

Commencing with procurement, negotiation of contracts and winning of projects, the Project Manager is then responsible to oversee time, cost, quality, risk management and all facets of successful completion of the project.  The Project Manager could be described as being responsible for the "business within the business", delivering timely results which support the overall productivity of an enterprise.

If you believe you have the necessary organisational, communication and management skills you would be a good candidate to undertake this training program.   Successful Project Managers may work in almost any industry - Government Departments, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing - and are in great demand.
